How to Request a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, clearance products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
